I am stumbled into the world of diabetic meals in the hopes of helping my elderly grandmother live longer and healthier with her type two diabetes. I was really hoping that with so many youtube cooking channels and the amount of people with diabetes that finding channels centered around diabetic meals and meal planning would be easy. It isn't. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
