Does anyone have a recipe to make Jalapeno Corn at home? I know how to make it at the bar/heritage room but wanted to make it for family at home. Not sure how to scale down the portions to make a bowlful of it.
For those that don't know how to make it, here's my squadron's recipe: 1. Add half solo cup of oil, 1 jar mild jalapenos with 1/4 – 1/2 the juice into the kettle 2. Cook jalapenos until they start to turn brown 3. Add solo cup of kernels 4. When the kernels haven’t popped for 10 seconds turn off and dump 5. Salt to taste
*This recipe will make enough popcorn for 15 or so individuals
