I'm bringing this to my family's July 4th grill-out for a fun trip down memory lane. It's also known as Pistachio Fluff and Green Goddess. No one really knows how came to be known as Watergate salad.
1 package of instant Pistachio pudding (can use sugar free variety) 1 tub of Cool Whip 1 large can of crushed pineapple with juice 1 cup of mini marshamallows.
Fold all the ingredients together and chill for one hour.
