Thai Red Curry Question

I am looking to learn to make a Thai dish I get at one of my favorite restaurants. It is pork tenderloin in a Thai Red Curry sauce with onion, celery, basil and bell peppers. Only problem is I am trying to find a replacement for the coconut cream/milk ingredient since I am not a fan of dairy. Does anyone have any good recipes? Also, does anyone have any ideas as a replacement for the coconut cream/milk?
