I am currently growing my second generation of Carolina Reapers, the worlds hottest pepper, and I am looking for a great salsa recipe (thick, preferably). Last year I just combined the ripe peppers with vinegar and weak tomato-based salsa and it turned out terribly. What flavors/ingredients would complement and enhance the natural flavors of the reaper, while keeping the salsa high in SHU?
