Question: I'm starting to try out Asian recipes, at least one of which says it won't cook properly if you use anything other than a wok - do you have a recommendation for a wok you like? Amazon reviews are confusing--I'm assuming I don't want non-stick, but traditional ones get mixes reviews. Thanks
