I have a 3 qt Duo. I have very little room so I would like to use this more often, like a regular pot with the top off. Thickening something, like spaghetti sauce, boils like crazy in every setting except slow cook, it just sits there in that setting. Is there a setting I don’t know about to get a slow simmer?
