So, I recently delved into crab empanadas. it stems from finally improving a piecrusts and moving beyond sweet to savory pies, crab empanadas was a natural progression. For the normal crab empanada we do crab, green onion, a little garlic, cream cheese, and red bell pepper. Mix in some mayonnaise and bread crumb and that's our filling for the empanadas. Now I think a crab and rice mixture might be a good idea can i get some suggestion on the crab rice filling mixture?
