So I've been wanting to try mustard based bbq for a while now, the only problem is most if not all sauces I've seen require honey or liquid smoke. The closest thing I have to a honey substitute is brown sugar, and I don't have the money to be going and buying liquid smoke right now. I was wondering if anyone had recipes that didnt require these two ingredients?
