Bill's cheesy chocolate chicken

Ingredients

1/2 lb chicken

Chocolate

Cheese

2 cans of Coors Light (1/2 quart can)

2 cups of flour

1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

3 cups of coconut oil

1/2 cup melted butter

Directions

Add all of the ingredients to a food processor while continuing to blend until creamy and soft. Remove from the food processor and set aside.

Heat up a large skillet and brown all 6 of the chicken breasts in the butter. It is ok to brown some in if you are using a non-stick skillet, but if it's aluminum this step is unnecessary.

Pour the melted butter over the breasts in the skillet. Continue to cook for about 5 minutes, until the skin is dark brown

Using tongs, add the chicken to the broiler and continue to cook until cooked through, about 10 minutes per side.

Remove the chicken pieces from the broiler and allow to cool slightly, then remove from heat. Remove from the pan from the broiler, place on a paper towel and pat dry. Serve with shredded coconut and coconut whipped cream.
