Question: We usually go through a big thing of fresh salmon from Costco very quickly--cooked and sushi/sashimi, but not this time! Any tips for still-good salmon that'll take us days to eat? Recipes we can freeze or refrigerate after to last a few days longer? Thanks for your advice!
