[Request]
I want your best mini cheesecake recipes (basically cheesecake batter in cupcake tins if you didn't know). I don't care as to whether or not it is crustless, so long as it is yummy!
For the record, I don't have fancy stuff like heavy cream or dark chocolate baking bars. I just have stuff like cocoa powder, flour, eggs, essentially the basic stuff. Plus sour cream and cream cheese.
