So I have a couple requests as a beginner into cooking. I’m 23, work 10 hours a day, andI live by myself and I’m eating out a lot because I simply don’t know how to cook. I also eat out during lunch because I don’t have time to make lunch or even breakfast in the morning. The only things I can make are pasta and my moms enchilada recipe.
I don’t know where to find easy to make recipes that don’t require a lot of preparation and ingredients. I also can’t seem to budget well when it comes to grocery shopping and I end up wasting a lot of food because I don’t have the motivation to try to cook or where to begin. I have a crock pot but I don’t want to just eat stews and soups. I also want to try and eat as healthy as possible and those recipes seem too time consuming to make.
I feel like I’ve rambled a bit but can someone provide some tips and motivation for how I can manage to work 10 hours a day and still make breakfast, lunch, and dinner while still budgeting and eating healthy. I used to work out a lot in college and I really want to get my body back in shape.
