Hi! I'm someone who's totally okay with (and in fact likes to in most cases!) eating the same thing each night, but I'm struggling to find recipes that yield a high amount of servings. Does anyone have any recipes or dishes that yield a lot of servings (or can at least can be easily scaled up)? Off the top of my head are chili and maybe chicken dishes if you just bake/(cooking method) a bunch of them, but that's about it.
