I have searched around for a recipe but I am not finding anything that jumps out at me. I was hoping to find a recipe that does not have very strong flavors because I have not had mackerel before and want to let the fish shine (this time). Does anyone have a favorite recipe for fillets of mackerel that they would be willing to share? I am still searching other places of course but figured I would as here as well.
