My friend is the kitchen manager at a brew pub downtown and they shut down because of the whole pandemic. He invited me over to scavange most of their perishables, and he gave me an 8 pound bag of peeled and prepared garlic cloves. Crowd sourcing advice on what the hell to do with them all before they go bad.
