15 Minute Apple Pie

​ Crust: 1.5 cup flour, 1/3 cup cold butter, 1-2 Tbsp cold water. Filling: 5-6 medium apples sliced, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp flour, 1 Tbsp butter, 1 tsp cinnamon.
