I plan to cook shrimp with a prime rib roast or brisket. Haven’t decided which to pair the shrimp with yet. Thinking prime rib roast with shrimp on eve and xmas day, brisket and alaskan king crab legs.
Anywho - what are your best shrimp recipes, pairing with beef? I was think scampi?!?
