Help - Tropical Smoothie Berry Blast recipe?

Looking to recreate the Tropical Smoothie Berry Blast smoothie. Our local store closed.

Ours uses raspberries, blueberries and strawberries, NO banana.

Help also with sizing? I have read other TS recipes that reference a TS "Scoop". What size is this?
