My basil plant is thriving so I want to put it to good use. What is your favorite basil based recipe besides the typical pesto?
Also what's a good way to store it if you don't have a dehydrator. I figure I can use the oven on a low temp or put it in a food processor and freeze it for pasta sauce later.
