I’ve a reoccurring stomach ulcer (2nd one this year) and I have really been struggling to find meal ideas online and elsewhere that are flavorful but won’t trigger the ulcer. Does anyone have food advice/meals that would help this issue? I AM STARVING Lol I’m not a great cook, but I can try lmao
