There was a recipe that has been lost with my Grandmother and have been looking for something similar for a decade to no avail. If anyone has a simpmar family recipe they would like to share i would be grateful...Bottom layer was easy, just a buttery graham cracker crust, sandy and sweet. Next though is where the trouble comes. A layer of buttery cream cheese like goo. And then a layer of a super thick whip cream (not cool whip) mixed with crushed pineapple. I have many ideas on how i COULD make this but it never comes out right. Any input would be great!
