r/Old_Recipes is a place to:
- share old recipes
- request lost recipes (that thing grandma always made)
- post photos of your attempts at old recipes
- post old public domain cookbooks like this
- post an old recipe that is lacking in instructions to see if we can decipher how it's meant to be prepared.
Get out your old family recipes - including the weird ones - and please share them with us. If your older relatives make something great and you're not sure how it's made take some time to sit down with them and get the recipe written down so it can be saved as a family heirloom.
