Pick any recipe that gives the amount of each ingredient, but doesn't include nutrition info.
I prepare something according to a recipe. There are four servings and the recipe called for two units of <ingredient>. The ingredient has its own nutrition information. So in my final dish, there's a half unit of <ingredient> in each serving. Then the ingredient's contribution to the nutrition info of the final dish is half of the listing on its package. And follow the process, finding the fraction of each ingredient in the dish's serving, and multiplying that fraction and the nutrition information of the ingredient's full serving.
