I have a couple pounds of python (yeah you that that right) and I'm not sure what to do with it. It's cleaned and ready to cook, but I have no idea how to cook large chunks of snake. It's cut into pieces that are about the same size and shape as big catfish fillets. What say you, Reddit? Gumbo? Curried over rice? Something amazing I've never thought of?
