Ingredients (Cake)
1 box of your favorite yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup of oil
1 small can of mandarin oranges, not drained
Directions (Cake)
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease two 9-inch cake pans.
Blend ingredients.
Pour batter into pans and bake at 350° for 20-25 min.
Let cool for 10 min. in pans, then cool completely on cooling rack.
Ingredients (Frosting)
1 large tub of whipped cream
1 large can of crushed pineapple, drained
1 box of instant vanilla pudding
Directions (Frosting)
Blend pineapple and pudding.
Fold in whipped cream.
Refrigerate overnight.
