I’ve been looking for a really good creamy Mac and cheese that isn’t too soupy, but kind of thicker in the sauce, like it looks a little more like it sticks together than runny?? I still want it thick but just not like soup!
The last one I made, the cheddar flavor was way too strong and was a little too dry, according to my friends, so I’m looking for a good recipe to try out! I think southern Mac and cheese is a good descriptor of what I’m looking for? Thanks!
