received a jar of homemade tomato sauce - what should I cook to do it justice?

My very Italian boss grows tomatoes and makes sauce every year, because Italian, and this year I guess I made the cut and he gave me a jar.

So I'm looking for some really great recipes using tomato sauce! All cuisines welcome!
