So I am having some friends over for a game night, except the game is a taste bud challenge. Essentially I am blindfolding my friends and feeding them various foods and the challenge is for them to guess the ingredients in the food. There are a few more rules but that is the gist of how it works.
So I was wondering if anyone has some good recipes to make things that use ingredients that you wouldn't normally think of using?
For example, the last time I did this, I made garlic bread with cauliflower as the base. Chocolate mousse out of very smooth and finely mashed avocado. I know that there are likely some really good recipes out there that use this kind of trickery but I'm not quite sure how to find them. It can really be any kind of food so long as it provides some kind of challenge to the taster.
