I've been tasked with baking a cake for a mate's upcoming birthday. He's requested for a fruit cake that's not too sweet. All the fruit cake's I've found so far seem to be some Christmas dessert thing? Which is not quite what he's looking for. Any recommendations would be appreciated! *Note that I'm a amateur baker and have only baked two cakes before this, so if its relatively easy that would be appreciated!
