I love Indian food but I have no idea how to go about any Indian recipe. My favorite food out of all foods is chicken tikka masala, especially a recipe from a local restaurant. The sauce is a lot creamier than all other ctm recipes I’ve had. It doesn’t have any whole vegetables in it and it’s very spicy. I was just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction towards recreating it?
