I have been exploring cooking with hops and doing things like oils and vinegars. So far I have made 6 different vinegars and infused oils with 6 different varieties of hops. I have made spice blends with ground hops and cured egg yolks in hopped salt. Next I am going to make some hop butter and hop cream for whipped cream. You guys have any cool recipes or ideas to try?
