If I wanted to make a Full English Breakfast as close to authentic as I can but I'm in the US, what kind of sausage should I try? Is it usually a breakfast seasoned sausage? I've seen a lot of descriptions that just say sausage without any details so I'm just trying to see if anyone can give me nudge toward what works best. Thanks for any help you can give!
