Hi food friends! Does anyone have a coconut thai curry soup recipe that they swear by? I've made a couple that have been pretty great but haven't fallen in love with a method yet. Chicken, veggie, mango, pineapple, doesn't matter to me, just looking for favorites. I often improvise a bit more than directly follow a recipe, but I warmly welcome any type of recipe or input from you all. Please share. Thanks!!!
