Ok, I bought some Szechuan peppercorns and have some questions....

My normal YouTube / internet hasn't resulted in what I normally can come up with.... I'm looking for some fool proof, tongue tingling beef/chicken and tofu recipes, with detailed instructions on how to beat use these little guys.

Toast and grind vs keep whole, etc.

Can anyone point me in the direction of some great dishes?
