sometimes when i bake i used flavored creamers to add fun flavors. if a recipe calls for milk or cream, ill either do half amount of milk as flavored creamer or 1/4 the amount of milk as creamer. especially during the holidays its more fun because there are things like gingerbread and pumpkin spice and peppermint. if i am making whipped cream sometimes i do the same thing, just sneak in a little bit of creamer. my extended family goes nuts trying to figure out how i can make all these cakes and pies and other stuff in such cool flavors but nobody has any idea! if you dont have a nut allergy, nut flavored cream works good in some savory recipes, i just prefer to do desserts! -michelle
