Purchased Sour Cream, instead of cottage cheese, what should I make?

I have almost half a gallon of sour cream. I meant to get the brick stone cottage cheese but picked up the sour cream, so what can I make? My wife and I are pretty healthy eaters and don’t normally splurge but I thought maybe we could make something and freeze it since the holidays are fast approaching.

Any and all ideas are greatly appreciated!
