Hi,
I'm having a hard time finding recipes that specifically call for beef stock. Recently made it for the first time, now I need to make something with it like a soup, stew, or I think vichysoisse calls for it -- something that my father who is having 5 teeth pulled today will enjoy very much. Thoughts?
