I want to “meal prep” some things for my toddler for the week (or 4 days). I’ve been wanting to make something with a rice, a meat, a veggie. All blended together and formed into Tots that I could easily heat up in the microwave or bring as a cold snack.
I haven’t been able to find recipes for this type of thing. I know I should probably include egg or breadcrumbs and/or cheese. But I am clueless when trying to figure out the right ratios for everything.
Any help? Can anyone come up with a recipe or two? There’s really no restriction on type or meat/cheese/etc for me. Thanks!
