I'm a huge wing nut and remember the good old days when wings were considered the bar peanut of the meat world and you could buy a wing for 20 cents a pop. Now they are arguably the most expensive part of the chicken and have the worst bone to meat ratio.
Has anyone figured out a cheap way to buy them or at the very least turn other cheaper cuts into a wing substitute?
