Hi. So I was trying to make hazelnut butter and since I've made almond butter before I thought it was going to take about the same time to blend. I was blending for about 1 hour or even more (with pauses cause my blender was on fire), but it never turned smooth and creamy...Now I'm left with a messy half crumbly, half smooth nut mass. I also didn't skin the hazelnuts. Maybe it's because of that? What did i do wrong? Thank you for the help.
