I have a ton of ground tuna, any good recipe ideas?

I've come into possession of several pounds of ground raw tuna. I've already made tuna burgers and meatballs, but I'm not opposed to getting more variations of those! If anyone has some really out-there ideas I'm game for anything and will get any ingredients necessary.

The best idea I've got right now is tuna meatloaf, someone please help.

Edit: Also I'm not sure if it's sushi/sashimi grade (it doesn't say on the package it came in) so I don't know if that's a good idea but I'd be willing to try unless that is a very very bad idea.
