So I'm making Osso Bucco and Risotto tomorrow night for my family, but we have a vegetarian member. I'm set on making the Osso Bucco and Risotto, but I'm happy to make another main dish for the vegetarian. Any recommendations for a vegetarian main dish that will go with the two?
