Hello all. There is a Mediterranean restaurant near me with a killer fatayer, but I can't find a recipe to replicate it. They serve it more like a chicken pizza, but most of the recipes I'm finding are more of a pastry or meat pie. Does anyone know what variation is opened faced like described? Or is it just an Americanized thing?
