Not sure if the right place but shooting my shot. My wife is obsessed with the chicken basil when we go out for Thai food. Specifically that broth/sauce that just gets soaked up by the rice and is honestly delicious. I’ve tried googling it and cannot find anything that tastes like what you get at the restaurant. I want to figure out how to make this as a surprise for her so any help is great!
Bonus points on what is best used to adjust the heat level (I’m assuming cayenne?) TIA!!
