I've been desperately searching for a specific Banana cream pie recipe I have made several times in the past. I found it several years ago just by googling "banana cream pie" and made the folly of never saving it just relying on it being on the first page of google results. I can no longer find it via google and am really hoping someone here might know the recipe or where to find it.
The distinguishing feature that gives me hope for identifying it among a deluge of banana cream pie recipes is that this one used banana in the graham cracker crust
Things I'm 90% certain it had: Crust then sliced bananas layered on top then custard then more sliced bananas, fresh vanilla bean in the custard, no whipped cream
