I've been cooking for a while, I've worked at a job involving food prep, and I'm fairly competent at it, but one thing I've always been bad at is using measurements. I'd like to share recipes with friends, co-workers, family, etc., but I don't measure when I cook and I'm really bad at estimating measurements/ratios. I typically season to taste, and adjust as I go along. Now that I've found this subreddit, I'd like to start contributing, but I don't have measurements.
Any tips on how I can fix this? Or should I just include ingredients and process and hope readers can figure with out?
