Ingredients: * Sausage * Onions * Tomatoes * Garlic * Ginger * Capsicum * Green chili * Salt * Sugar * Pepper * Turmeric * Cumin powder * Chili powder * Oil
Procedures: * In a pan pour some water and add in the sausages. * Cook the sausages in the medium flame till the water boils. * Remove the sausages after boiling and fry in the oil until it doubles in size. * In the same pan with oil add in the chopped garlic and ginger. * Add in the onions after the garlic changes color. * Add to sugar to help caramelize the onions. * Cook for a while and add the chilies and capsicum. * Cook until the capsicum slightly gets tender. * Add in the turmeric and cumin powder and cook until thoroughly mixed. * Add in the tomatoes and cook until it gets mushy and softens. * Add the chili powder and cook until the oil starts to separate. * Cut the sausages at an angle and add it into the sauce. * Pour some water and cook the sausages along with the sauce for 5 mins. * Serve it hot with rice.
