I've tried soooo many pizza dough recipes, ive made some that are good / ok, i tried using different type of flours, different wait times (from hours to days) but in the end, nothing ever comes close to pizza I had in naples... In fact, I had gluten free pizza in naples that tasted closer to the classic Neapolitan pizza dough that ive tried making with typo 00...
So, what is the best neapolitan pizza dough recipe you know ?
