Hey y'all, I'm interested if anyone has any pre-1492 native american recipes such as from Aztec or Mayan cuisine. I know the ingredients would be vastly different from a European diet, but I want to try and make something authentic and unique. Are there any indigenous cookbooks/recipes detailing anything of this sort?
